My order hasn’t shipped yet—what’s going on?

Order processing time is currently around two weeks. We appreciate your patience!

I entered the wrong shipping address! What should I do?

Please email us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we unfortunately cannot intercept the package. You’ll need to wait for it to be returned to us before we can re-dispatch it. Please note: shipping will be charged a second time.

Help! I need to cancel my order.

Our current policy does not allow cancellations, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

I want a refund on my order.

We do not offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged. If that’s the case, we’re happy to replace it! Please email us within one week of receiving your package.

Do you sell templates with cutout designs?

No, patterned templates you see on Instagram are Mike’s personal designs and are not for sale. However, you’re always welcome to purchase finished work through one of our gallerists!

We encourage you to design your own patterns by hand or digitally!

I’ve designed a file- can you cut it for me?

Absolutely! If you have a design file ready, send us an inquiry below. We do not offer design services, but we can cut files you’ve made.

• Files must be in SVG format
  
• Our laser bed is 15" x 36", so your design must fit within these dimensions
  
• Cutting is charged at $150/hour of active laser time, plus shipping
  
• Most designs are completed in under an hour
  

Do you take on custom work?

We are not currently taking on custom design projects. However, if you provide your own design (as an SVG), we’d be happy to cut it for you. See above for file and pricing requirements.

Do you offer an educator discount?

We do! We offer a discount for active educators who work in K-12 schools, colleges and non-profit art centers who want to use templates for their classes. Drop us a line and we will get you set up!

Where do I purchase finished work?

We have sales from time to time here, Mike also has work at Plough Gallery, Clay Art Center and Belger Art Center.
